We have finally gotten snow this year. Brookie couldn't wait to go outside and play in the snow. The first batch that came through really wasn't enough to play in. When I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon we got all bundled up to go out and play. While we were out there it starting snowing really hard. That makes it more fun when you are playing in it. Brookie wanted to build a snowman so bad but there wasn't enough and it was a dry snow. Maybe we will get one more snow day to go out and have more fun. She didn't want to come inside but I bribed her with chocolate milk. Worked like a charm.

Baby Eggering!
Welcome Mackenzie Nicole Eggering! She was 7 lbs and 19 inches long! She was born on January 12th. Brookie and I went to visit them at the hospital. She is so cute with a head full of dark hair. Let me tell you thought it was quite the eye opener for me. Brookie was wanting to touch and feed Mackenzie. She was all about her. I am anxious to see how she is when our little one arrives. Congratulations Matt and Marie!

New Years Eve
On new years eve we went over to the Lawrence's. We had a great time playing games. Brookie and Jack had a good time chasing each other around the house. Brookie is wearing Jack's cape and holding the gun that jack got for Christmas. She is really into cowboy stuff. They had a quite the time trying to share the gun. Jack is being so patient with her here.

Christmas Day
On Christmas Day we went to both sides of the family. It was very exciting day and long day for Brooklyn.
All of us at my parents house.
Mama and Pa Kaimann got Brooklyn a stroller for her baby doll.
Pa Kaimann got Brookie and the other girls a pair of gold cross earrings.
Uncle Kurt got Brookie a vacuum. Which she absolutely loves and has to help me clean house with it. The only bad thing is that it makes noises but doesn't really suck anything up. If it did that would really be helping me.

Christmas Morning!!
Christmas morning this year was interesting. Brookie woke up and saw that the cookies for Santa were gone. Then she noticed the presents under the tree. She said that the presents were for Santa. We told her that they were from Santa. But she started crying and still thought that the presents were for Santa. Finally we got her to open her gifts. She told us that she wanted Santa to bring her a Barbie fishing pole, pink cowboy hat and a baby doll stroller for Christmas.
